We Have Been Offering Puppy, Beginning & Advanced Classes Since 1975
The Kalamazoo Dog Training Club (KDTC) was founded in January 1975 and was recognized by the American Kennel Club, the largest canine organization in the United States.in June 1978. The training club serves the greater Kalamazaoo area. Since its humble start, the dog training club has grown from less than 12 members to more than 50.

KDTC, a non-profit organization, continues to fulfill its mission by offering
1. Dog training classes such as
2. Educating and encouraging the public to practice responsible dog ownership; and
3. Promoting cooperation and good sportsmanship among members involved in dog training and exhibiting.
Meetings are conducted on the first Monday of each month (board meeting at 6:00 PM, general member meeting at 7:00 PM) except in April, September, and December, at the Michigan Dog Center, 6740 Quality Way, Portage, MI. Members of the public who support KDTC's goals and objectives are welcome to attend.
The club holds a Christmas party in December. In September, the club enjoys a picnic, complete with dog games and plenty of delicious potluck food. An awards banquet is held in April.
No Refunds after class has begun without approval of the board of directors. A written requested is need to be considered by the board of directors.
